Bayardo N. Aguilar, Jr., P.A. was founded by Mr. Bayardo N. Aguilar in 1998. Previous to opening his own firm, Mr. Aguilar practiced public accounting in South Florida for local mid-sized to large accounting firms. He graduated from University of Miami in 1989 and received his bachelor's degrees in accounting and management.

He received his Florida CPA certificate in 1994 and in December of the same year, completed his master's degree in business administration, with an international business specialization, at St. Thomas University. He has also completed the Florida Department of Revenue Sales & Use Tax Certified Audit Contractor program.

Mr. Aguilar has extensive experience in the following industries: broadcasting (radio stations), construction, real estate (property management), financial institutions, not-for profits, retail, wholesale, import and export, services (law firms, engineering, doctors, personnel staffing, and restaurants), and home owners associations.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountant, where he is a Board Member of the South Dade Chapter, the University of Miami Alumni Association, L'Alliance Francaise de Miami, the United States Tennis Association, and is also a Lowe Art Museum Supporting member. Mr. Aguilar is fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
